This is our 2nd Mercedes in a bit more than 5 years. Besides some of the times that we had to bring back the car for some 're-adjustments', overall the work was usually done properly. Having said all this, somehow the overall experience never has been nice. There is some sort of a feeling of almost not feeling welcome. And it always has been like that. To the point that we felt like we were not 'belonging'. Some customers may have had better experiences. Things just never felt super friendly with us. At this point we are only going to M-B of Beaverton because of its convenient location for us. And that's about it. More

Warranty Issue Resolved I had a concern about a button. I was transferred to parts to check if it was in stock and then had it ordered, then transferred back to service to s I had a concern about a button.
