Many issues. Trying to reach the service center via phone almost impossible. Kept getting into a loop of messages. The actual service of the cars (service A) went ok, although I had to wait an hour while the car was cleaned up after the actual service was done. Tried to get the front window replaced and kept getting different messages as to when it would be done. Called to get the original appointment and told them about the window. Showed up for the service where a woman service person was quite rude and told me there was no way it would be done that day. That was news to me. Made another appointment and actually brought the car in on Sunday so the window could be replaced Monday morning. Showed up late Monday afternoon to get the car only to be told I couldn't get it until Tuesday. News to be me. Finally got in on Tuesday. I am a Daimler Trucks employee and can deal with this. I am concerned that regular customers would be treated like this. Not a good way to do business and retain customers. The one person who was helpful was Richard who was assigned to me, he was courteous and professional. More

I was told the service would take 1 to 1.5 hours. Waited over 2 hours. This is the second time the estimated time to complete a service was wildly off. And whatever was used to clean the interior of the car over 2 hours. This is the second time the estimated time to complete a service was wildly off.
