Your phone receptionist was very kind this time, but service reception employee are not well trained like any professionals, I feel. Those made your customers not comfortable, neither easy to pump the gas to 3/4 tank again. More

Service Reps are DEFINITELY on commission to drive revenues! I have always suspected that Service Reps, like their counterparts in sales, were on commission or some other form of additional compensation (can tak I have always suspected that Service Reps, like their counterparts in sales, were on commission or some other form of additional compensation (can take many forms) to drive up service revenues. This experience, after all these years, confirmed it without a doubt! It leaves me to wonder how many additional services recommended by the reps over the years were unnecessary, but were instead just devices to earn them personally additional compensation! It will almost certainly drive me to NOT replace this car next year fall with another Mercedes - a string of eight consecutive MB's will be broken! Disappointing indeed! More
