I had to have my Mercedes windshield replaced and chose to have it done directly with the Mercedes Dealership vs a glass company as I expected to receive a higher level of service. I was wrong. When I went to have it done directly with the Mercedes Dealership vs a glass company as I expected to receive a higher level of service. I was wrong. When I went to pick up my vehicle not only did they leave little glass shards from the broken windshield on my dash and center console the new windshield was left extremely dirty. I had to go back in and ask them to please clean the broken glass off my dash and down the front of the electronic section. Very disappointed. That is not the level of service Mercedes is known for. Easy, respectful transaction I stopped by to take a look at some of the new C300s, as my current lease (from a different dealership) was expiring in a couple months.
