My recently purchased CPO had several deficiencies on delivery date: - carpets weren’t cleaned in the back seat. - passenger sound system vent was dented. - previous drivers personal belongings were still in the car: - emotional support animal card - blood donation card - employee access badge - significant rattles were not resolved - an inspection of the paint was not complete The effort that service is making to resolve the issues is what continues to maintain my trust.
