I have never been treated with respect....from the “New” car stopping COLD on I 5 going to Seattle.....to the most recent quote of $400 for service on. Friday that went to over$1000 by Tuesday with a snarky car stopping COLD on I 5 going to Seattle.....to the most recent quote of $400 for service on. Friday that went to over$1000 by Tuesday with a snarky remark....I think you folks need some lessons in management. I think I’ve heard of four or five managers in my five years of service and you still don’t have it.....never so much as an apology and four years to replace The defective air bag.....shame on you! Unfriendly management, condescending manager. Belittles sales that are just “used” cars. Won’t be purchasing another car from this dealership. Service dept is friendly it’s not their fault.
