Your staff has no sense if urgency for customers time. I showed up for service with no appointment on your end, however confirmation of one on my end. The staff was dismissive. After approaching Richard with a problem that I had with my vehicle after it was serviced he didn't offer a solution but a very snarky remark. I've been a Mercedes customer for 5+ years now, and I've never encountered as many incontinences at any other dealership, and it's very disappointing. More

I am in Ohio and I have to sign paperwork and before I send him I just wanted to make sure everything is right and I called Neil 3 times in 5 hours but never get response and when time comes to transport my car they cannot find transport company so I have to find by myself and the company I deal with they mentioned that they have very bad drivers rating so that explains. Couldn’t provide all weather Matt’s since I am spending more than 90k it’s not big deal but it just cost around $300.00. I should have deal with my local dealer. More
