Gami was great. Prompt, efficient, courteous and responsive. No issue with sales. My issue is with Noel in finance. After explaining that I didn’t want any extras, warranties, pre-paid maintenance, he tried to rope me into purchasing the synthetic oil package at $649.00. As I was signing, he said “oh, it looks like our general sales manager wants to give you the Presidents’ Day promotion.” I said “give? For free?” He replied “yes”. I asked “so it’s free and isn’t t going to cost me anything?” To which he replied “yes, see this was your payment and it’s still the same”. As I continued to sign, he asked me to sign a doc with the charge for the oil changes. He acted a though it was just a formality. I told him I wasn’t paying for that and wouldn’t sign it. Then he re-did the form showing I declined it and the form for my payment since it went down. There was no confusion here. He knew he was trying to slide that in, concocting a story that the GSM just threw it in the deal as we were signing and it didn’t cost me anything because my payment stayed the same. I didn’t appreciate it and the whole experience made me feel like Beaverton Mercedes must support this behavior if he feels like he can get away with it. This was not a misunderstanding. It was perfectly clear that he attempted to have me agree to something I didn’t want. It’s not a lot of money, but it’s the principle involved here. This is not an honest business practice. More
Bad service experience. 0/5 on communication. I handed off my car on Tuesday morning for a Service A and Complete Detail. To my surprise, I didn’t get a loaner. Then I was told that I’ll be updated about off my car on Tuesday morning for a Service A and Complete Detail. To my surprise, I didn’t get a loaner. Then I was told that I’ll be updated about the cost of the complete detail and if it’s complementary or not. Never got a call. Tried calling and texting multiple times to the number I was given and left a couple of voicemails but no response. When the car was ready for pick up I got a text. Tried calling again to schedule a shuttle back but again no response. Somehow reached to the service reception from the number listed on Google. I reached by 6:10pm and then I was told by sales that service is closed and there’s no car keys ready for delivery here. Ended up getting my own Uber back home. Finally picked up my car after 4 days. The service person Richard never got back and he wasn’t there either for handing over the car. Second bad experience with MB Beaverton. More

Went there for the wiper problem of my brand new car. Started on the wrong foot because I purchased the car at Portland dealership...was told that I had to go back to the dealer where I bought my car to Started on the wrong foot because I purchased the car at Portland dealership...was told that I had to go back to the dealer where I bought my car to have the problem taken care of (I was told that the Portland dealership probably had put some film on the windshield but forgot to remove it before sold to me) otherwise there'd be a charge. After I expressed my disbelief that I have to pay under warranty which should be honored at any MB Service department, Rebecca went off and came back saying that they'd take care of the problem for me. So a happy ending. More

I picked up my car this morning after paying 1750 dollars. I was assured many times that the leakage problem was fixed. However, after leaving the car outside for one hour, the passenger side is leak dollars. I was assured many times that the leakage problem was fixed. However, after leaving the car outside for one hour, the passenger side is leaking water again! This is unimaginable! Rather than some engine issues, water leakage can be seen by naked eyes. How could their mechanics tell me that the water leakage problem was completely fixed? If they did any serious check, they would not have told me that the problem was fixed. This shows a complete lack of care about their customer. I had to spend another two hours (one hour to drop my car and one hour to pick up my car). No one will compensate my time. Moreover, if they ask me to pay more for fixing the problem, I will seriously consider suing them. They have totally failed in providing the required service. More

Norm was ready willing and able to dig the car out and have it prepped for us to come and test drive. My wife and I had a great buying experience with Norm and the dealership. Will 100% return to this dealer and purchase a vehicle when this lease is up solely because of our interaction with Norm on this purchase. More
