Nightmare of dealership to deal with. Sales, Service, and Finance all terrible. When you buy a car they just take the money and never follow through with anything said. Bought car in January. Was told Finance all terrible. When you buy a car they just take the money and never follow through with anything said. Bought car in January. Was told I cannot put more than 5k down. Lie. Was told by sales associate they would call me back to let me know if they found the second key and to schedule service because they didn't get to it while having the car. Never called back and I had to hunt them down with over 5 calles. Never found second key either. When I finally did get the service, the department never answered the phone and I had to drive down there to get an answer. It took them 2 days to do a simple oil change and the first day after ripping the car off at a scheduled time 10:30am they waited until 5pm to let me know they didn't get to it. I asked them to have the manager call me, that never happened to date. After 6 weeks of owning the car the finance department called me back to demand $170 more for registration because they miscalculated. Unacceptable. Especially considering that I had to pay $1,100 for a second key at another dealership because they never called. I was overcharged $450 for to have the vehicle tinted but it was already tinted so agreed to refund that but I was never refunded. I still have not received registration for the car so now it's being driven around illegally. No follow through, not good on their word, would avoid and use another dealership. You are free to call me as I'm still waiting for the GM to call as promised. Terrible, terrible, terrible. I purchased three Mercedes from Mercedes Benz of Wilsonville and never had such terrible service as Mercedes Benz of Beaverton. Just bad all the way around and they should really reconsider how they treat people, follow through with what they say, stick to their word, know what they sell, and answer the phones. Go somewhere else. --- Follow up, after a few months after posting this public review the dealerships manager Dale did reach out personally and eventually refunded my money for the tint job that they were unable to compete and the apology felt sincere. I still cannot vouch for any of the terrible people mentioned in this review but the manager is at least a decent person. More

Great experience. They went above and beyond, especially my sales rep Hillary Phillips. She delivered the car to my house herself and then took it all the way back to the dealership because something wasn't my sales rep Hillary Phillips. Gami was great. Prompt, efficient, courteous and responsive. No issue with sales. My issue is with Noel in finance. After explaining that I didn’t want any extras, warranties, pre-paid maintenance, responsive. No issue with sales. My issue is with Noel in finance. After explaining that I didn’t want any extras, warranties, pre-paid maintenance, he tried to rope me into purchasing the synthetic oil package at $649.00. As I was signing, he said “oh, it looks like our general sales manager wants to give you the Presidents’ Day promotion.” I said “give? For free?” He replied “yes”. I asked “so it’s free and isn’t t going to cost me anything?” To which he replied “yes, see this was your payment and it’s still the same”. As I continued to sign, he asked me to sign a doc with the charge for the oil changes. He acted a though it was just a formality. I told him I wasn’t paying for that and wouldn’t sign it. Then he re-did the form showing I declined it and the form for my payment since it went down. There was no confusion here. He knew he was trying to slide that in, concocting a story that the GSM just threw it in the deal as we were signing and it didn’t cost me anything because my payment stayed the same. I didn’t appreciate it and the whole experience made me feel like Beaverton Mercedes must support this behavior if he feels like he can get away with it. This was not a misunderstanding. It was perfectly clear that he attempted to have me agree to something I didn’t want. It’s not a lot of money, but it’s the principle involved here. This is not an honest business practice. More
