I usually have great service from Mercedes Benz Beaverton; however this time there were a couple of issues. 1) After giving the person who made my appointment over the phone my new address, the ind Beaverton; however this time there were a couple of issues. 1) After giving the person who made my appointment over the phone my new address, the individual who was picking up my car went to my previous address. I gave him my new address and called the office and gave my new address to another person. 2) When my car was being delivered after the work was done, the driver went to my old address again. I gave him my new address again. I ended up giving my new address to 4 individuals 4 times so I hope their system has been updated. 3) After asking and checking explicitly about a car wash with Richard Fitzgibbon when he called to check the work to be done, my car was not washed. 4)After scheduling the appointment for a Monday, I was told the work wouldn’t be finished until Tuesday. I was actually not contacted until Tuesday morning to review the work to be done. Not only was the work not finished on Monday, it wasn’t started until Tuesday. I actually told the person who I talked to when making the appointment that they could keep my car an extra day if needed since they were going to pick it up and deliver it back to me. I was told at the time that wasn’t necessary. In the end, those are minor things, although there are learnings here. I suggest you validate my new address in your system and double-check changes in the future so customers only have to give you their address change once. Everyone who talks to a customer should put notes in their record about the interaction and everyone who engages with the customer should read those first before talking to the customer. More
