My 2008 ML diesel seems to be too much of a problem to get right. I wanted everything checked and fixed. I have had this vehicle at this dealership for years, it always feels like I am the problem, but ne get right. I wanted everything checked and fixed. I have had this vehicle at this dealership for years, it always feels like I am the problem, but never a priority. Service reps are always polite, but seldom know any answers. I would like to check out with someone who took responsibility for working on my car. I ask to have everything checked and repaired. No report on basics like breaks, lights, engine condition. I wasn’t. 20 miles from dealership when I got to rear light warning messages. More

I always trust the Canyon Rd dealership to work on my car but they quoted me 3 hrs of work, quoted my husband 4 hours and kept the car 8 hours.
