I purchased my lease as certified and expected it would be detailed as though I was a new customer purchasing. Bret, the sales manager and the girl in finance were all fantastic! My only concerns are the fact that my 20 Honda Accord only came with one key and no owners manual, which I believe Bret will follow up wit fantastic! The actual buying process was relatively quick and painless. I purchased the platinum extended warranty, and I’m hoping this warranty works better than the Lithia warranty I had on my Passat. It’s not super clear where I should get my Honda serviced if I do need to in the future. The Warranty contract says a Lithia dealer, but the issue with my Passat and now my Honda, there isn’t a Lithia Honda dealership in the Portland area. I’d prefer my Honda to be serviced at the local Honda dealership, so I’d like to know the details of what to do once my factory warranty expires. Also, I purchased the unlimited oil changes and am expecting the Mercedes techs to be able to do (2 of those per year) as well as rotate tires. Thanks! More
