It’s unfortunate that Mercedes Beaverton couldn’t just provide 5 star service without having to be told by a consumer what it takes to get 5 stars and then attempt to offer the service after the fact. On top of the issues I previously reported, my air conditioning is not blowing cold air even though I was charged for checking the unit for leaks and for checking the coolant itself. Very disappointing. I feel that the process of checking everything is just a mundane process with actual little attention to the details.
