Dale, we talked. Please discontinue sending me messages. It’s unfortunate that Mercedes Beaverton couldn’t just provide 5 star service without having to be told by a consumer what it takes to get 5 stars and then attempt to offer the service after the fact. I am pleased to hear that a new process has been put in place and possibly this will help achieve future 5 star satisfaction.
