The fact that there are multiple areas shows that it wasn’t a simple mistake, but a lack of care. A car is a big purchase, but the additional services I bought were a hefty amount as well. I chose to purchase those products from your company (A Mercedes Dealership) because I expected that a higher level of care, detail, and diligence would go into my car than if I took it elsewhere. This is my first experience with the Mercedes brand and I’m pretty let down. More

I had a great experience at the Beaverton Mercedes-Benz service department. When my vehicle was finished, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a video from the service tech going over points like my tire service department. I bought my car on 07/22/2023 and was assured that my registration will be directly sent to my address.. I contacted Ms IB on 8/11/2023 about updates for my registration since my trip permit was expiring registration will be directly sent to my address.. I contacted Ms IB on 8/11/2023 about updates for my registration since my trip permit was expiring on 08/12/23.. I get informed after leaving multiple messages that I am to send the VIN verification.. So now it is 08/15/2023 and my trip permit has expired 3 days ago thus cannot drive my car.. and I have left multiple messages for Ms MB on updates.. who has never called me.. I was only able to speak to her once on 8/13/2023 since she picked her phone . If you had a review category for communication I would grade it 'Very Very Poor" I will be placing more reviews on Google and other websites to share my experience with your team so that buyers are aware of the issues More

Excellent sales with the connection to Driveway. I have never purchased a car sight unseen so I was a little nervous about that.
