The fact that there are multiple areas shows that it wasn’t a simple mistake, but a lack of care. A car is a big purchase, but the additional services I bought were a hefty amount as well. I chose to purchase those products from your company (A Mercedes Dealership) because I expected that a higher level of care, detail, and diligence would go into my car than if I took it elsewhere. I had a great experience at the Beaverton Mercedes-Benz service department. When my vehicle was finished, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a video from the service tech going over points like my tire service department. I bought my car on 07/22/2023 and was assured that my registration will be directly sent to my address.. I contacted Ms IB on 8/11/2023 about updates for my registration since my trip permit was expiring registration will be directly sent to my address.. I contacted Ms IB on 8/11/2023 about updates for my registration since my trip permit was expiring on 08/12/23.. I get informed after leaving multiple messages that I am to send the VIN verification.. So now it is 08/15/2023 and my trip permit has expired 3 days ago thus cannot drive my car.. and I have left multiple messages for Ms MB on updates.. who has never called me.. I was only able to speak to her once on 8/13/2023 since she picked her phone . If you had a review category for communication I would grade it 'Very Very Poor" I will be placing more reviews on Google and other websites to share my experience with your team so that buyers are aware of the issues More
