My regular advisor is no longer there- I was assigned Chris. I’m single and don’t have another car to use, therefore always needing a loaner. I so appreciate that. Have been down in the USA from Canada for the last 4 months and was able to get my car in for its Plan B service. The team at Beaverton Mercedes was very helpful and even made sure I had a courtesy car months and was able to get my car in for its Plan B service.
