The key to service is communications! Too many communicaes are better and with voice mail, messaging, etc. this should never come up. And then I heard different stories depending on who I spoke with. It was as if the thought was, ‘Hey, customer you can wait’ without any consideration that I might have a schedule of appointments, meetings, travel, etc. to work around. I did appreciate the GLA loaner. It made life much better than driving my pickup everywhere. More

Love the car we purchased. Had a slight problem arise shortly after purchase and returned to the dealership. Dale went out to of his way to take care of us.
