Terrible car buying experience. Poor communication and service from many different aspects of process from Sale to Finance. It has been 3 weeks since we first brought the ML 350 in for service... for not passing DEQ test. After visiting the service department twice, we picked up the vehicle this morning and went to take the DEQ for service... for not passing DEQ test. After visiting the service department twice, we picked up the vehicle this morning and went to take the DEQ test... it didn’t pass because the on board computer didn’t show the VIN number.. therefore cannot complete the test.
