I took my car in for service B. Didnt expect it will be more than 3 hours, so I disnt reserve a loaner car. The service advisor Max scheduled a ride to gave me a ride home and picked me up when the car is more than 3 hours, so I disnt reserve a loaner car. This is the second time I have attempted to get service. The first time I left as the help was no where to be found and when I found someone they acted like they could care less if I was there. Upon my seco The first time I left as the help was no where to be found and when I found someone they acted like they could care less if I was there. Upon my second try, I made an appointment and showed up. Was greeted and asked to wait for my advisor. When the advisor finally made it to me, (15 mins) he was distracted and a bit rude about the service needed. After everything, the car said A service and I was told, they could not find a record of the past B service and I should do that. After considering it, I was quoted 670.00 for a B service. In the end. everything was perfect and I paid 670.00 for an oil change. Will never go to Beaverton Mercedes again. Service Consultant: Maxx Carrillo (Not in the list below) 1 Star More
