I’m very pleased with the dealership but I called weeks in advance to reserve an suv so I could drive it for a few hours abs when I got there it was a sedan. Convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. This visit was for a battery problem that was under warranty. The replacement part was faulty which meant a return visit. I scheduled a “VIP test drive”, but no one showed up so I called and they told me it was an automated response. Then I asked if someone could bring the car to my house and they said they are short staffed. S called and they told me it was an automated response. So I went there the next day while emailing someone and he wasn’t there so Thien helped me and we drove from dealership in Beaverton to the Riverfront in Portland where another vehicle was at their detailing center (that was kind of odd), but anyways ended up buying my Cadillac which I’m happy about. Initially went to get a Benz but the one I liked didn’t have a rear view camera. Nothing bad, but I guess I was expecting higher level of Service. Mini of Portland has A1 service (ask for Zach)! More

When I bought the lifetime oil service at the purchase of my Toyota PU from Mercedes they told me they would wash etc after service. They told me this time they don’t wash “off brand” vehicles !
