They left the key in it overnight and ran the battery dead, said it was “just too old to charge’” and made us purchase a new one. On same visit we brought in for an oil change and they forgot to put the cap back on, which sprayed oil all over the engine compartment. Then they detailed the engine compartment and got oily fingerprints all over the interior. You would think I learned my lesson but no, I’m a glutton for punishment and came back to look at buying a car. Scheduled the test drive the day before, then an hour before coming out, get an email asking to push the appointment an hour because “he had another client”, no problem I’ll come an hour later… Get there at 2:00 (as they requested) to only be told that they have another person test driving it (though not yet as I am standing next to the car), but I can drive it when he gets back… It was so unprofessional, i couldn’t believe it. God forbid the the sales rep Robert calling us (as we only drove 40min over, to see it). Save your time and self respect and take your business to Mercedes of Wilsonville for a much better experience, you will thank me. More
I'm a senior citizen.I brought our 2007 E350 for service for a Schedule 'C' service that the car computerized reminder displayed with an odometer reading of 23,030. The service adviser said we needed to do Schedule B instead. I was fine with it knowing that the original estimate for the servi9ce was $670.00. I needed a loaner so they set me up with a 2021 GLB 250. The staff took a video of the outsi9de of the loaner car using her cell phone and handed me the keys. No comment, instructions or whatever. Remember I am a Senior Citzen and my car is a model 2007 E350. When I got inside the car, It took me 5 minutes to acquaint myself with the computer display. The shift displayed R-N-D with a P to the right of the 'N'. I was looking for the emergency brake but could not find or determine how to disengage it. Finally, I figured out how to work the shift lever. UNFORTUNATELY, I instinctively shifted forward not notici9ng it was set to R-(reverse) and lightly stepped on the accelerator. Luckily, I was careful enough to go very slow, BUT when I felt the rear bumper hit something, I stepped on the brake after realizing my mistake. The bump was so soft I did not bother to go down and check the rear bumper. When I got home, I checked it and saw a small dent which I thought was just a rivet. When I returned the loaner, tone of the service advisor would not allow me to leave without filing a claim with my insurance. I was able to get a claim number and found I had a collision deductible of $250. So along with the cost of the service of $745, this one visit to this dealership cost me almost $1,000. Tell me If I'll ever have this place service my car. May I suggest that before you let any driver get into a loaner, spend the time to show how the NEW model car works! More

The staff is very friendly. Clean facility. I owned Lexus vehicles in the past and the service is much better. Just comparing what I’ve seen in the past. The loaner car was dirty with dead bugs all over the windshield etc. i asked for a car wash certificate to Kaddy car wash down the street to clean it, and it was declined. My car was finished earlier than expected which was great , I responded to my text what time I would be there. I had to wait for my vehicle once there. I also wasn’t impressed with the car wash/vacuum for my personal car when I picked it up. I understand good help is hard to find. Just a few minor disappointments. Again comparing to my Lexus service. More
