This place has Great customer service. Mrs. Kelly is the sweetest and best BDC representative. She's always a joy to speak with. Chris my service representative is great. Always smiling. Waiting to hear from the GM. It’s 10:00pm and my car hasn’t been delivered. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday and now I’m being told it will not be delivered tonight. I’m stuck without a car. Customer Service is defined on when problems arise - they failed on the delivery. No one is returning my call this evening and I’m stuck at work. Long night! More
