I had an appointment for 7:00am. The service advisor told me that they would get to my car as the mechanics “trickled in”. My car sat outside for a good half hour. It was then brought into the shop and sat t me that they would get to my car as the mechanics “trickled in”. My car sat outside for a good half hour. It was then brought into the shop and sat there for another 15 minutes. The mechanic never even worked on it in a bay! It was just out in the middle. I’m curious, how does one change the oil without getting underneath the vehicle? I felt that I was treated as a second class citizen. The oil change took an hour and a half. More

Chris was very friendly. However, when driving off I noticed the tire problem light was on and the car had not been washed. We will get the light off and the tires checked.
