Mixed feelings. Although I got a fun car and some negotiation was fair, I was promised certain elements in the car i was getting and didn’t receive them (heads up and burmester). I was also told the alternative/first choice car I selected was no longer available to find out later that wasn’t the case. I know the dealer wanted to get rid of the car I landed with but more honestly, transparency and attention to detail would have been appreciated. While I have enjoyed my 2020 CLA, the dealership experience has been less than stellar, which takes me by surprise considering the monetary investment in the Mercedes brand. From the finance department losing an almost $8000.00 check to needing a premature new battery and my vehicle being at the dealerships service shop from 8am-4pm with NO info provided as to its progress. I showed up on my own out of concern when multiple calls went unanswered. I finally received a text message after 4 pm saying my vehicle was ready. But why no updates.?? I didn’t even know for sure what the problem was, you all never confirmed that! I was disappointed and upset once again at the lack of follow thru and professionalism once again. More
