I dropped my C43 off for a 4 year B1 service and got a loaner. The drop off and loaner pick up were smooth, but I got almost no communication from the service department for days. Robert was the best Sales Advisor we have ever dealt with. He was very professional and very helpful and courteous. For example, he completed the credit application with us, checked on the payoff balanc with. He was very professional and very helpful and courteous.
