I purchased pre-owned MB wagon from Mercedes Benz of Beaverton dealership located in Beaverton, Oregon in August 2023. At the time of purchase, I also bought an extended warranty and prepaid maintena Beaverton dealership located in Beaverton, Oregon in August 2023. At the time of purchase, I also bought an extended warranty and prepaid maintenance package from Garrett Heinetz, the finance manager. It was a car I always wanted and I was incredibly excited about my purchase. Unfortunately, within just a couple of weeks, when I brought the car to my local Mercedes Benz dealer in Bellevue, Washington, for scheduled maintenance, I learned the car had a significant oil leak and needed two new batteries. The repairs totaled nearly $3000.00. To add insult to injury, my newly purchased warranty did not cover the repair bill, and I did not receive any assistance from MB of Beaverton, leaving me to pay the entire bill. I was very disappointed to learn that the dealer wouldn't offer any assistance. In fact, Garrett told me my local Mercedes dealer was making up the issue and claimed it was a very slow oil leak - which is not what I was told by the MB of Bellevue dealer. In addition - the car I purchased was originally sold by MB of Beaverton, who also completed all of the service work on the vehicle since it was new - and Garrett told me they were aware of the oil leak and failed to disclose it because it was slow. Very shady business practices. More

On the front end with the sale of my used vehicle and trade in on another one, everything was 5 star and professional. Everything since then has been a pain in the rear. Bought a car over 60 days ag trade in on another one, everything was 5 star and professional. Everything since then has been a pain in the rear. Bought a car over 60 days ago and asked to have the plates transferred from my trade in. Everything was filled out by the dealership and having done the same thing before with other dealers, thought this would be no problem. I was wrong. Was given 60 day temporary permit on the car, finding out afterwards from the DMV that they are required to give 90 day permits. Tried getting ahold of the business office to see where the paperwork was at in the process and then told by a sales manager that they are "offsite and even I can't call them directly, but it will be looked into. After a week and two more emails, I finally get a response after cc'ing the general manager that everything was "turned in and just put the plates on since everyone knows the transfer is in process". This is expressly what the DMV told me not to do, since the plates are still tied to my traded in vehicle. Come to find out, after another inquiry to the DMV that they received paperwork but it is wrong. This is after having to purchase a trip permit to continue to legally drive my car and now have to hope that the registration comes through before the trip permit expires. Pending a response back from dealership on the "missing requirement request" and fresh emails back to management seeing what they can do to help. Do not recommend at all, plenty more dealerships around to work with. More
