Your Express Service needs better communication. Waiting time was too long. They told me that wait time is about 1.5 to 2 hours for the service. It took me 3.5 hrs in waiting room. Terrible customer service, I go into each appointments hoping to have a better experience than the last and that has not been the case but sadly it is not. The people are overall great there. Had a great experience compared to the Portland location.
