Very pleased with the service. I had to take my vehicle here for my warranty. I probably wouldn't have gone to Mercedes Beaverton if not for that since I have another Mercedes dealership closer to me. Ryan here for my warranty. I probably wouldn't have gone to Mercedes Beaverton if not for that since I have another Mercedes dealership closer to me. Ryan was my service guy and kept in contact with me the entire time they had my car. Even when it was going to take longer than the originally thought. Will definitely take my Mercedes back to this location even if further away from where I live because I appreciated the communication. I went to another dealership recently and had no communication. They wouldn't even return my calls for 3 weeks! Ryan text and/or called me every day he said he would. More

Scheduling appointment was easy. Diagnosis of problem was relatively prompt. Parts had to be ordered and were shipped and received by dealer on a timely basis. All communication regarding status of the vehicle were sent via text. Not an issue for me but might be for persons older than me (59).
