This is the worst MB dealership I’ve ever had the displeasure of purchasing from. As a long time MB owner, I have dealt with many dealerships and the level of professionalism at the Beaverton locatio displeasure of purchasing from. As a long time MB owner, I have dealt with many dealerships and the level of professionalism at the Beaverton location is nonexistent. From not receiving paperwork, to having temporary tags expired twice, to having mechanical issues within two months, and having my car still sitting at a MB dealer for over two weeks for only a battery is ridiculous beyond words. Beaverton MB still has not contacted me nor returned my vehicle. I found their sales manager Dale Abelard to be highly dramatic, condescending and combative. I still don’t have my car back after more than two weeks. I don’t believe he would have treated a male customer with the same condescension he has treated me. I have contacted their parent company Lithia Portland to intervene. Apparently, this dealership is the nothing part of “the best or nothing”. More
