Terrible Dealership. They sell you cars without having the title and make you wait four months for license plates. They will tell you it’s the DMV that is responsible for They sell you cars without having the title and make you wait four months for license plates. They will tell you it’s the DMV that is responsible for the delay. Bad business practice and not ethical. They only care about the sale. I would never recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Horrible experience. More

My experience with Mercedes, of Beaverton has been wonderful. I've purchased a GLA 250 which was my first Mercedes-Benz vehicle and my second Mercedes-Benz vehicle that I purchased was a GLE 350 and I wonderful. I've purchased a GLA 250 which was my first Mercedes-Benz vehicle and my second Mercedes-Benz vehicle that I purchased was a GLE 350 and I had excellent experiences with both sales reps that I had one, which was Robert, and one which was Jesus And both sales reps were wonderful. Also all the staff and the service department and the rental department were Excellent.They all had wonderful service I would recommend anyone to Mercedes of Beaverton. More

No one seemed to care that the car was delivered before being fully checked out, forcing me to immediately make a service appointment to fix problems that should have previously been resolved. I was given being fully checked out, forcing me to immediately make a service appointment to fix problems that should have previously been resolved. I was given the wrong manual and told to look on You Tube for instructions how to operate the car's many features. The general lack of interest in customer satisfaction ruined the entire experience for me. I will never shop there again. More
