The stupid dealer markups, I felt like we were at a cut rate no name used dealer. The sales person that they tried to replace Jonte with was rude and is the reason why we left. We went to look at a 28-29k car and they came back at 38k, an extra 10k in dealer add ons. I bought the car for my wife after the sales manager called me the next day, only because my wife really liked the car or I would not have dealt with them. After having owned the car for approx 2 weeks, I’m already having to replace the brakes as well because they did not disclose that they were at 3-4mm. But I digress, my wife got the car she liked, I will just refrain from doing business with them again. More

Update. Less than 7000 miles later, the car needs a new engine and is a total loss. Their warranty company "zurich" is also the second worst company you can possibly deal with short of this place. Paid $4000 for a powertrain warranty only to be told I would need to pay almost $5000 for a complete engine teardown to see "why" the engine failed so that they may or may not fix it under warranty. Its literally like dealing with a bunch of crooks. Contacted the dealer several times only to be blown off several times, they wont even look at the car as they "dont work on BMWs". Funny as you all serviced the vehicle prior to sale, and incorrectly installed a fuel pump that i had to pay $2000 to replace not more than a month ago. The certified BMW mechanic i found said they completely installed it wrong and didnt even bother to reconnect the air filter box at all. So also please steer clear of their inept service department. I am now having to file for bankruptcy and my amazing credit ive worked many years to earn is now ruined. Please steer clear of this place if it's the last thing you do. Worst car buying experience ive ever had in my life, its totally turned my whole life upside down from trusting a big dealership to do the right thing. -10 stars, they certainly do not deserve even 1. I have visited other Mercedes dealerships in the past and none of them were able to win my business like Norm and the staff has at this location. They also got me taken care of in record time. I have been going to Mercedes of Beaverton for many years to get my older S Class serviced. I do all my A and B services there. My 2001 S430 is 25 years old so I took it in to see why my SRS light was stayi to get my older S Class serviced. I do all my A and B services there. My 2001 S430 is 25 years old so I took it in to see why my SRS light was staying on. I asked Chris Walters Service Manager and Andy Jones Service Advisor to do a full inspection as it was time to check and update. They found five areas that needed possible work. I replaced my water pump due to a failing bearing after 25 years. I replaced the right seat child sensor for the SRS. I replaced the three motor mounts under the block. Their labor rate (pretty standard for a high end dealership is $235 per hour) so labor is not cheap but they use OEM parts and they have at least one mechanic who is really great on the older classic Mercedes. My car was almost $80,000 when new in 2001 so I like to keep it updated, Andy Jones my Service advisor owns a 2000 S-500 so he gets why I love my old S class. The dealership gave me a GLC AMG-63 ls a loaner as I was interested in it as a potential replacement for my Audi SQ-5. All work was done in a timely way and it was done well. The dealer gave me 10 percent off the total bill as a long time loyal customer and maybe because I am 80 years old. Anyway, I was happy as usual with the service and appreciated both Chris Waters Service Manager and Andy Jones Service Advisor taking care of me as always. They do a great job of keeping you in the loop with text messages. This job took a little while as with older cars parts often need to be ordered from California and sometimes from Germany. More
