Good Sales, Awful Mechanics, Understaffed Service Department I've serviced two sprinters for a few years and have bought one used sprinter from them. Their service department experience was not up to the caliber that I would expect from a commercial service center, or a luxury dealership, or even my local mechanic down the road. They are nice and are doing the best they can, but they do not meet the needs of our company, as a commercial vehicle owner. I would not recommend your service department to anyone at this time. Their mechanics have not fixed problems and we often have to have repeat visits, their service department struggles to keep up with customer volume and is not able to answer phones or return phone calls in a timely manner. Their sales department makes guarantees that their service department will fix an issue for a used vehicle as a condition of purchase, but the service department cannot deliver. You may want a Sprinter, but go buy a Ford Transit Commercial instead. More

Avoid this dealership, got ripped off I recently bought the GL450 from this dealership only to find out a few days after the purchase that my vehicle did not have an add on option that pre I recently bought the GL450 from this dealership only to find out a few days after the purchase that my vehicle did not have an add on option that previously the salesman Hatem and I agreed on. Talk about being lied to! Manager would not allow me to return this vehicle even though vehicle is only couple days old. More
