Great Customer Sevices from admin. Personal but that’s it. As I said the service from the admin staff was out of this world. I explained to our service coordinator that the last time our previous MB was in the shop I received a camera ticket in the mail for failing to stop at a red light on Coursey Blvd. dated for a day our suv was at the dealership. He asked me if I wanted to bring a copy of my receipt in, and he would try to get us reimbursed. That is when I explained I had payed it already and we did not even have that suv anymore (long story short I didn’t know where the recipe was). All I asked was for it not to happen again. And it didn’t but after some inspection it appears to have some minor scratches on the front passenger fender of our new car after this visit. So that is the reason for my low rating. But I will say once more the service managers and/or coordinators were outstanding from appointments, loaner car, updates and accurate completion estimates that part was first class. More

Outstanding Customer Service from Kenn We arrived at the dealership to simply look around, not to buy. Kenn met us outside almost immediately upon arrival where we were greeted with a welco We arrived at the dealership to simply look around, not to buy. Kenn met us outside almost immediately upon arrival where we were greeted with a welcoming smile and a few simple questions. After we informed Kenn that we were only there to look around, he went above and beyond to help us with any questions that we had. Kenn made sure that we felt comfortable, asked us a few questions, and promptly found us a car to look at that met all of our desires and then some. We took the car for a test drive where Kenn was extremely informative. Upon arrival back at the dealership we decided to run some numbers to see where we stood on monthly payments, again informing Kenn that we weren’t in the market to actually buy at this point in time. This did not sway him one bit from providing impeccable customer service to us. We ended up borrowing the car overnight, and returning the next day to make a deal. We were most impressed by Kenn because while we informed him we were only there to look around, he took the time to help us weigh all of our options and inform us about the product- which is what ultimately made the sale. We are overly greatful for Kenn and will be a repeat customer. More
