Baton Rouge Location I’ve recently purchased a Mercedes Benz Cla250 from Texas. I brought the vehicle to the Baton Rouge location which is closer to where I live. I got a I’ve recently purchased a Mercedes Benz Cla250 from Texas. I brought the vehicle to the Baton Rouge location which is closer to where I live. I got a recall and a full checkup done on the car. The customer service was really nice, polite. My service guy named was Josh Marchan who was very professional, quick & answered all my questions and concerns with compassion and knowledge (being that this is my first time owning a Mercedes). The facility is well polished, fresh snacks, coffee , & beverges was provided for all costumers while we wait. A male service receptionist also, made some copies for me that I needed for class PLUS a free car wash :) . Great dealship More

I have called the commercial sales manager Timothy "Scott" McDaniel over 5 times and he has not called me back once. I drove from Houston TX to buy a 2017 Sprinter passenger van for my company from Mercedes Benz of Baton Rouge the sales process went smoothly but the after sale was truly Awful! After I picked up the van and asked my salesman person to see if he could check on the price for a rear backup camera he never called or texted back so I decided to get it done Here in Houston, then after a few months my temp tag expired so I called my salesman again and ask him what is going on with my Plates he said he would check on it so he calls back and said they would need a state inspection from Texas to finish the paperwork because they could not use the LA state inspection for Texas which I understood, on the following day I had the state inspection done and mailed it back to them the same day, once they received it they sent me an email stating that I took to long to send them the state inspection sheet and that the DMV was charging me a late penalty of $362.50 now they are telling me that I would have to pay this fee first before I can get my plates even though they charged me for a State inspection and they NEVER made me aware that I had to get one in Texas, NOW since they dropped the ball "lets make the consumer pay for it" attitude seems to be the the company way of doing business. I should not pay for something that they did NOT make me aware of at the time of purchase or the 3 months after the sale. I will continue to contact the sales manger hopefully he will return my call. More
