Batery replacement with road side service Apparently my four year old Battery died. I called the Mercedes Benz Road side assistance and the very polite and knowledgeable agent told me a local Apparently my four year old Battery died. I called the Mercedes Benz Road side assistance and the very polite and knowledgeable agent told me a local technician will contact me within 30 minutes. the technician (named Todd) called me in about 5 minutes. Todd had explained to me where he was and gave me an accurate time of his arrival at my car. Todd arrived with the New Battery in hand and was very efficient and knowledgeable about the procedure. he explained to me each step as he performed the change out. 20 minutes later the car was up and running. Cherry on top was that it was all covered by Warranty! MB stands by their vehicles and backs it up with the warranty to prove it!! Well done Todd! Well done MB of BR Chris Jensen More
