They sold a certified damaged car I purchased a certified used car from this dealership from Florida. The car had water damage that was not disclosed. I took the car to Tampa Mercedes I purchased a certified used car from this dealership from Florida. The car had water damage that was not disclosed. I took the car to Tampa Mercedes who had to replace trim parts on the car and do paint correction to remove water damage. Baton Rouge Manager Brice would not take care of this and we are forced to get an attorney to fight it. Don’t buy a car without seeing it from these people, they are not honest people. They sell cars with damage without disclosing it. I tried to reach the owner but he was not available and I was told he will not do anything. $6k later in damages being paid to Tampa Mercedes plus the attorneys fees is insane! Don’t make the mistake I made. I have purchased a Mercedes previously and this is not how the brand usually works. Very disappointing that something that could be easily fixed is turning into a battle with attorneys. More
