I feel very safe when using Mercedes Benz service department for any repair and/or service update. My service rep is Josh Marchan and I truly trust him, he works with me and I feel that he is very ho department for any repair and/or service update. Just had our GLC 300 serviced. As always service was top notch. While there also had our car valued by sales to discuss a trade in.
