Whoever "inspected" the car deleted a check engine code. Using my OBD2 scanner, I was able to see the outstanding codes. The clutch was shot. I guess I trusted the inspection process be Mercedes-Benz to be more detail oriented than I assumed. A clutch was not something I thought I'd have to fix within the first couple hundred miles. I was told" I talked to my manager and he said unfortunately because you didn't get the vehicle repair protection there is nothing we can do". However this statement is false and a mute point due to the fact that a clutch isn't covered in any realm of "vehicle repair protection". Regardless of the heavily negative points, I would say that the only positive takeaway was that Harto was friendly. More
