We visited several dealerships in the area on each trip including Mercedes Of Augusta. On at least three different visits to the Mercedes dealership no one ever came out to greet us nor did any employee acknowledge our presence while looking at there inventory so subsequently we went online and was then contacted by Russ Boykin. He convinced us to stop by one more time and we did only to be ignored again. We finally got the hint that our business was not appreciated so I want to thank Mercedes Of Augusta for they're non-service and now my fiance is the proud owner of a 2015 Audi Q7. More

Our salesperson Craig checked in with us multiple times on the drive up, had everything ready for us when we arrived and checked on us several times on the drive home. After working with several Mercedes dealers in Southeast, I tried to just see if a car was available on the lot while speaking with Robin over the phone on sales. After telling her what I was looking for, she kept looking up the wrong model to which I had to remind her repeatedly that I was searching for an entirely different class. Then, she kept asking me to come in to which I told her I needed to take care of everything before picking it up (since I lived 2 hours away) to which she told me to she couldn't do and "never call back". Never even got to if the car was on the lot much less price. F for customer service. And yep, I'll never call back. More

Found a 2004 Jaguar X-Type online. Applied for pre-approval online, the dealer sent a nice young man out in a brand new Mercedes to pick me up. The atmosphere was cordial and non-threatening. The car exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership. Great experience! More

While his "lane" is within the financial department, the experience I had with that department was made possible by Mr. Cousins. Often one person in an organization can ruin the perception for the entire team, the opposite is true as well, as is the case with Mr Cousins. His desire to sell me "the right car for me" was refreshing, I did not at any time feel pressured to buy a car that I was not looking for, in fact he stated "if we don't have your car on the lot, we will find it". I must admit, I walked in to the dealership for the first time in early April and did not buy my wife's CLK until this past week. Throughout that entire time, over 60 days, not once did I receive any form of pressure, which was nice, but also speaks to the integrity and professionalism of Mr. Cousins. Mr. Cousins's energy, willingness to go the extra step, and put simply, his people skills, are on par with that of an excellent organization. I simply cannot put into words the exceptional performance of this team of professionals. More

Service Manager was very disrespectful about wanting a loaner car returned even thou work to my car was not complete. He stated that my car was drivable and the remaining item would be mailed to me. My response was to clarify that ny car was damaged in there care, with no assistance from their service staff-a claim was requested from warranty by me, after dropping my car off - my car was later stolen with the key left with my vehicle, after recovery of the vehicle - they had to replace all the locks, recode the one key and purchase another one. After recieving the lock set after two weeks of waiting, one of their techs lost a spring needed to complete the work thus causing an additional week and a half wait for the replacement part. After stating that the additional key was on order two weeks earlier, it was discovered that it was not. The response I received from the Service rep and Manager was that we had their loaner car for a month. Daaahhh, I would have had my car back if they didn't damage it in the first place and it would have not gotten stolen. Not Mercedes fault says the Service Department since my car was stolen from the repair facility. I do remember that it was Mercedes that took three weeks to get the lock set in as well as their tech who lost a part needed to complete the job. More
