This is my first time to purchase a car here. The sales representative that greeted me was polite and attentive, and got me in touch with the right person right away. After my initial contact, the General Manager came in an introduced himself. I have bought probably 5 cars over the last couple of years, and that has never happened anywhere else. I live 2 miles away from a MB dealership, but I drove over 2 hours with the hopes of a good buying situation, I was wrong, it was a GREAT buying situation.
