They contacted me for everything except that the vehicle was ready. They decided to contact someone that has nothing to do with this particular vehicle which caused a much needed vehicle to sit at the deale was ready. Very pour, the worst customer service experience. The tone is set by the service manager who must be fired and trickles down from there. Service tech came at me aggressive as if he wanted to fight after he and service manager accused me of misusing a brand new car, ultimately after I got Mercedes Corporate involved we found out there was a factory defect, the factory defect was not there fault but the lousy customer service was. They would not provide updates on my car for almost 2 months until I got corporate involved. More
