I’m dissatisfied with the service I received today. My service total was ~$1,800.00 & I feel I did not receive the service I deserved. I purchased 4 brand new tires, vehicle balanced, & 4 wheel alignme My service total was ~$1,800.00 & I feel I did not receive the service I deserved. I purchased 4 brand new tires, vehicle balanced, & 4 wheel alignment & my car rides differently. When my SUV reaches 75mph or higher the steering wheel shakes. My car doesn’t ride smooth as before the service. I took my SUV back to the Mercedes dealership after I felt the shaking & service department was closed. I am afraid for my safety to continue driving my vehicle when it shakes like it does. The service department was closed, so they suggested that I bring my vehicle back Monday during operation hours. I feel the service was not the best. Also, the service worker put the tires in my truck without laying some type of plastic, cloth, or paper to prevent from damaging my interior of my SUV. Very unprofessional! My service appointment was @ 10:30pm & my SUV was not ready until closing time. Around 3:50 ish. Lastly, the service department supposed to only put the rims in my truck & they did not take the rims off my tires. I have to take my tires & rims back money to ensure they remove them from the old tire. I have been inconvenienced. I would love to speak with a manager to share my concerns. More

Top of the day to everyone. I had my c300 in fir a scheduled A service. The service advisor was very helpful in getting me settled in the dealership waiting area he kept me I had my c300 in fir a scheduled A service. The service advisor was very helpful in getting me settled in the dealership waiting area he kept me informed of the service progress. My battery went dead and we tried to get out to replace it but we couldn’t. We then charged it and I called mb dealer. My appointment was for the next am but was unsure if charge would hold so they let me it but we couldn’t. We then charged it and I called mb dealer. I really appreciate this rather than to return later for this I had the items serviced along with the new battery. I think they should always call with future or immediate issues so I can decide to do it while there for service More

I’ve been a Lexus customer for years, Corey and Tyrone were amazing to work with. Even after the sale, they answer every question I have had. Never going to any other dealership.
