well, all I gotta say is that Mercedes Benz of Augusta is dedicated to its customers in terms of providing them with EXCELLENT service hands down!!! even though some of their staff isn't all that friendly a dedicated to its customers in terms of providing them with EXCELLENT service hands down!!! even though some of their staff isn't all that friendly and their Merch is extremely expensive. at the end of the day, it would be nice if they'd show more love to their faithful customers and give back a little bit by lowering the prices of their merch!😁 More

Dealership is seriously lacking in competent, quality customer service. Would not recommend to any family or friends. Part had to be ordered for my vehicle (under warranty). When part arrived, nobody not customer service. Would not recommend to any family or friends. Part had to be ordered for my vehicle (under warranty). When part arrived, nobody notified me. 2 weeks later I called to check on part, only to find it was now in stock. I also wanted to have a door ding removed while I had the vehicle in for part installation. Set up appointment on specific day of week that the door ding technician works so that task could be done along with part installation, one visit. Took vehicle in to have part installed, and ding removed. After 6 hours I was told vehicle was complete. Once I got to my vehicle I noticed door ding had not been removed. When I asked my service advisor, she said she forgot. She was very willing to set up another appointment for me. The dealership is 90 minutes from me, didn't want to make another visit. Wanted it all performed in one visit, which was the reason for the appointment being on a specific day of the week that door ding technician works. Now I must make the drive again for my door ding repair. Seriously looking for another Dealership to take my vehicle to. More
