Worst customer service in the service department. The customer service Manager, treated me, like a problem, instead of solving the issue at hand, which was my auto. I will never use this service department They never call me for any updates on my vehicle while it was there. I would have to call them to find out, on what's the status of my vehicle, which was one of the reasons, i removed my vehicle from there services. The Service Manager showed no respect for the Mercedes-Benz Corporation, knowing that you have one of the top brand of Automobiles, you would think that, the service will be the same,..not at Mercedes-Benz of Augusta. I am still unappreciated of there service, and have plans to discuss with Corporation of Mercedes-Benz, about my experience with them! More
