Marcus in Service was very professional and pleasant, he tried to calm me because I purchased a C 300 in July 2024. I took the car back and Will the salesman drove the car with me on the passenger side. I told Will the car shakes when I press the brakes. Will stated this was a feature of the car and when the brakes warm up this goes away. The problem got worse, I was sold a car with bad brakes and rotors, and the cost to get new brakes and rotors is 1,000. I’m very displeased with Mercedes of Augusta.

Yes I’m very unsatisfied with Mercedes of Augusta, I bought my car in July 2024 from Wil Frater. I took pictures of scratches came back showed them to Wil he said I’ll get the body/ paint guy to get them out, he never followed up. Two week later I bought the car back because it was shaking when I braked, Wil drove the car with me in it. Wil stated that was a feature and when the brakes warm up it would level off. The shaking got worse and when I spoke with Tyrone he told me to bring it in on Friday1-3-25 I did it was diagnosed as bad rotors and brakes. Service dept called themselves helping me with the price however I paid $647 for a car that was not properly inspected and sold with bad brakes and rotors.
