Our 2023 Sprinter XD has a serious power train "whine" coming from the differential and it is getting worse (11k miles). This loud whining noise makes it impossible to enjoy driving 48-54 mph. I purchased my C300 coupe from this dealership in January 2023. I was very excited to find the exact vehicle for which I had been searching. It was low mileage and priced right. Unfortunately, that excitement has turned to disappointment and I can’t wait to get out of the vehicle. It sustained unreported damage that is now visible as the repairs and paint job were shoddy. I was strongly encouraged by my salesman to purchase a vehicle warranty that has not covered a single claim thus far. I have purchased four Mercedes vehicles and this, by far, has been the worst. I will never purchase from this dealership again and I would advise others to avoid doing so as well.. More
I just purchased a beautiful new CLE 450 Cabriolet and everyone at the dealer bent over backwards to help us with all the additional after factory accessories I purchased as well as getting the windows ti everyone at the dealer bent over backwards to help us with all the additional after factory accessories I purchased as well as getting the windows tinted and a ceramic coating applied. I will purchase all future cars with MB of Augusta. The dealership has a new general manager and sales manager, if you’ve not had a good experience at this dealership in the past, I recommend you visit them again, they are working diligently to become the best MB dealership! Customer service is poor they utilize the text system no true personal customer service. The rep never seems to respond until it’s to late but I would advise be more personable to the paying customer could true personal customer service.
