I brought my sprinter in on Monday, 26 February. I simply asked for the overhead a/c to be checked out, and if I could get information about adding running boards at the dealership or if they recom I simply asked for the overhead a/c to be checked out, and if I could get information about adding running boards at the dealership or if they recommended a particular shop to do it. I also inquired about ordering all-weather mats. It took a week to get a status, and I had to call several times, leaving messages and getting told someone would call me back. After a week, the service representative was reassigned to Zach, and I got one update with a promise to call the following day to advise if I could pick up the vehicle. After four more days of waiting and hearing nothing, I placed three more calls to inquire the status of my vehicle. I was told the new service representative had gone on vacation. I finally spoke to Tyrone (service manager), who said the vehicle mats had come in today (12 March) and I could pick it up. Nothing was done on the a/c unit because it is an after market item. So, essentially they kept my vehicle for two weeks and did nothing. I could’ve picked up the floor mats at any time without having my vehicle held for two weeks. I have previously had great experience with this dealership, but the communication and service this time was completely unsatisfactory! More

Terrible service no communication you are lucky if you can talk to someone who knows what’s going on . There are no loaner cars God forbid if you have an emergency don’t expect any help .
