There is a lost of communication from customer to mechanic. I don't feel I receive good advice about my car when I take it to be service. My car has said alternate battery malfunction over 2 times re mechanic. I don't feel I receive good advice about my car when I take it to be service. My car has said alternate battery malfunction over 2 times receiving service and no mention of it to me concerning what I need to do about it. I looked it up on Google and it said replace my battery which is the factory battery from 2016. The replacement battery cost me $539! It is not an original MB battery and should have been cheaper!! I am not happy with this dealership More
