My battery went dead and we tried to get out to replace it but we couldn’t. We then charged it and I called mb dealer. My appointment was for the next am but was unsure if charge would hold so they let me it but we couldn’t. We then charged it and I called mb dealer. I really appreciate this rather than to return later for this I had the items serviced along with the new battery. I think they should always call with future or immediate issues so I can decide to do it while there for service More

I’ve been a Lexus customer for years, Corey and Tyrone were amazing to work with. Even after the sale, they answer every question I have had. Never going to any other dealership. This dealership has failed in customer service at every opportunity. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Mercedes Benz of Augusta. The sales manager, Jason Kopplin, does not answer phone calls opportunity. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Mercedes Benz of Augusta. The sales manager, Jason Kopplin, does not answer phone calls or emails. Once we purchased the vehicle, we were just another number; a tally on his white board in his office. We purchased a pre-owned luxury vehicle and made one simple request for a second key that he agreed to and included on the dealer We-Owe sheet. We never heard from him to get this key. We made several attempts to contact him unsuccessfully. We stopped by the dealership where he put on a performance of assistance but did nothing. It wasn’t until I made a complaint to Georgia Attorney General’s office that anything was done. At this point it appeared that progress was being made. They made an appointment for me to get a second key made, however they did make provisions to pay for the key. I was forced to pay for it out of pocket otherwise they would not release my vehicle back to me. This has been the worst experience at a dealership I have ever had. I cannot recommend Mercedes-Benz of Augusta, and to call the sales manager Jason Kopplin disingenuous would be too gracious. You are better off going literally anywhere else. I will be following up with the attorney general’s office with a new complaint in an effort to receive my reimbursement. More
