I've been going to Mercedes Benz of Augusta since 2020 and I have had good experiences each time until my last service visit in July. We took our car in for an ABC issue to be repaired, to replace a marke and I have had good experiences each time until my last service visit in July. We took our car in for an ABC issue to be repaired, to replace a marker light and to repair the button on our door handle. We were then given a list of other things to repair and we agreed to have them all done. We were told it would take some time to repair and offered a loaner when one came in. After a little over a month of waiting and constant checking we were given a loaner in September. About five weeks later they said our car was ready. We returned the loaner in better condition than we received it, and took our car that now had a black marker line in the front of the car, which they did clean off. They were negligent and sent us home twice with my vehicle after we told them we didn't believe it was repaired. It was almost as if the service manager was offended that we said his service techs didn't do the work. Anyway we were sent home with the vehicle around the second week of October only to be on the side of the road less than 24 hours later and the tow truck company they sent tore the bumper off our car. We were out of a car again and they said they had no loaners. We just returned the loaner right at closing the previous day and it was no longer available come the next morning. We were offered another loaner when one would come in yet we never received another loaner after weeks of requesting one. We told them where we wanted our bumper to be fixed, but they played in our face and let the other company paint it, but did not let them install the bumper because they wanted to save cost and put the bumper on themselves. They didn't do a good job. They tried to bend the grill back in place as if we wouldn't notice after we told them the entire bumper and grill had just been replaced just months before they received the vehicle. That caused us to wait longer for our vehicle to be fully repaired and they had our car since July. Now in November we finally have our car. There was so much more I was unhappy with including the customer service. The manager was super nice each time we spoke as he brushed off my concerns and hurried the conversation. If I was heard as a customer, my service issues would have been resolved sooner and my bumper would have never been ripped off my car, saving time and money.I called customer service to express my grievances and to escalate to the general manager. I was informed the general manager would contact me in about 48 hours. That was last week and still no call from the GM, I'm still waiting. I really don't feel valued as a customer after spending our hard earned money. I truly miss my previous service representative Barbara. On a side note, service representative Mr. Corey is like a breath of fresh air everytime I visit. Whether you are on his service list or not he provides top notch customer service and has been friendly every time I been to the dealership. He's a good and genuine person and Mercedes Benz is fortunate to have him as a member of their team. More

I contacted the Dealership on Saturday, November ninth and they were extremely helpful in setting up a test drive for me on Monday morning. When I arrived, my Sales representative met me and within hour and they were extremely helpful in setting up a test drive for me on Monday morning. David Hooks our salesman was incredible. He took great care of us and really enjoyed Corey the finance manager. The only thing that was uncomfortable was the altercation between the sales manager and the finance manager where the sales manager was using the F word multiple times at the finance manager. Sales manager also put a stopclock on us to try and get 500 off by figuring out his license plate. Made my wife very uncomfortable and we almost walked away from the deal because of him. Very unprofessional!! More
