Parts prices are marked up 50-100% over MBUSA Recommended List Price; and they have a very big 'take it or leave it' attitude. When I tried to buy a new ML from them, the attitude conveyed was that they w List Price; and they have a very big 'take it or leave it' attitude. When I tried to buy a new ML from them, the attitude conveyed was that they were doing me a big favor by even talking to me; and when I objected to the way I was treated, the General Manager told me that "They did not want or need my business, and they would not miss losing it."
