Kim's communication style and focus on my priorities as a customer is the reason Atlanta Classic Cars has been my preferred dealer since 1993. We continue to travel from Decatur to Boggs Road instead of going to a Mercedes dealer closer to me or an independent Mercedes repair closer to my location. The repair team doesn't always provide a full repair, but Kim is quick to arrange resolution. Kim is also the reason that we have been a customer of ACC Collision. The reality is that my service advisor is the person that most frequently represents Atlanta Classic Cars. My experience with my service advisor determines if I will buy my next car at ACC. Thus, Kim is the reason I will return to ACC to buy my next car. However, how I am treated by the sales staff will ultimately determine if I do buy my next car at ACC. My experience last summer with the sales staff did not result is an auto purchase. No trade-in, no financing required and I decided to keep my car because I did not feel valued rather, I felt like a transaction. More

I was driving on the road trying to get to the ACC dealer but I was not familiar with the roads in that area so I was a bit lost. And I came to the stop light so I look around and when I glance to my leftI saw someone driving the company's truck from the Parts Department so I rolled down the window and asked the person driving which was Alex C. if he can give me directions how to get to the dealer. He was so friendly and loved to help me so he asked me to follow him to the dealer. When we even got there he went with me to show me the main entrance and how to get to the Parts Department so I can pick up my SOP. He was a very friendly guy. I was also very satisfied with the parts for my vehicle. Thank you ACC! More

I went to the dealership to get a "B" service completed on my SL500. My appointment was scheduled for 2pm - I was not help until 2:27. They needed to keep my car overnight and gave me a r service completed on my SL500. My appointment was scheduled for 2pm - I was not help until 2:27. They needed to keep my car overnight and gave me a rental car. Of course, this is a Mercedes Benz dealership - I expected to be put in a MB loaner car. No, they gave me a Honda Accord with cloth seats when there were several MB cars sitting right next to it they use as loaners. Later that afternoon, I received a call that I needed to have a brake fluid flush and the coolant tank replaced because it was cracked. Needless to say, this didn't sit well with me because I have the car inspected a few months prior to the service and there were no issues. Tyler explained to me that the brake fluid should be a yellow color and I can look at the container and see that it wasn't. I called my husband and he told me to pick up the car - he would look at it when he got home. He opened the container that holds the brake fluid and it was yellow and very clean...he checked the coolant tank and the hose was not pushed all the way on and was causing a small ampunt of fluid to leak out. Neither of these items were necessary and ACC was going to charge me over $500 for unnecessary work. I have a Lexus and when I take my car to Hennessey Lexus of Gwinnett - I ALWAYS receive superior customer service. I am very disappointed not only in the lack of customer service but also that they tried to take advantage of me. Just out of curiosity, my husband went online to see how much a coolant tank cost and it was $66.00. Needless to say, I will never return to that dealership for service. Apparently, if you don't purchase the car from them - you are not treated with any respect. More
As usual, prompt service on a minor repair. My car was inspected promptly, and Kim ensured that the job was dome quickly. Went back to the dealership for a scheduled service today. Staff was friendly from the moment I pulled up. Atlanta Classic Cars provides excellent service in a state of the art service center. I marginally went over my 50K warranty and they extended the consideration to fix my car under warranty anyway. Jay Harward, Service Director, graciously extended the courtesy, it was a very welcoming and refreshing exchange. In addition, at the time of my warranty work I decided to replace my brakes (all around) and it was advised that I should also replace my back rotors. Tyler Black, Service Advisor, quoted me a price on all the above and delivered the car back to me to my surprise under the quoted price. I think that may be the first time that a service center has ever done this for me, usually its well we had to add X and it will be X $$$ more. Although Atlantic Classic Cars is a bit north, it is well worth the drive (just off of I85). They offerred to provide me a loaner, howerver, I declined for the service center provides complimentary private offices with hardwire and WiFi internet (had my own laptop, I did not see any computers there), telephones, bottled water, on premise restuarant, golf driving range, etc... (sure I missing something). Tammy (sweet receptionist) even help me fax out a document. In summary, great to deal with, I highly recommend Atlanta Classic Cars. More
Often times, the perception and reputation of a company is determined by the interaction of the customer and one or maybe two company representative. In my case, that person is my maintenance service rep. My car has bee in the maintenance shop for over a week with with a problem that has grown progressively worse because of previous misdiagnosis and faulty repair. Because of this, major repairs are needed that are no longer under warranty. Because this repair is still on-going, I will not name specific employees at this time. Once this ordeal is over, I plan to submit a complete report as to why I will never buy another Mercedes or visit this dealership again. This is MERCEDES xxxx it! I expected more!!! More
