Kim Howard Cates has been my Service Advisor since my initial 190E. I have purchased many MB, several from Atlanta Classic and several from RBM. She explains the charges and works efficiently to minimize the amount of time you spend getting checked out. More
Had a different Service rep. this time (Tyler) and he was very helpful. Tammy is always a joy to see behind the service desk. She's very friendly, look forward to seeing her. Kim and Tammy have been a great help. Kim has helped us with our Mercedes-Benz's. She has made sure everything works and has our car looking and sounding better then it did before. I currently own 2 Mercedes-Benz vehicles and always take them into Atlanta Classic for all servicing needs. My service manager is Tyler Black. Tyler and his blue service team have always gone above and beyond to resolve my issues and ensure that I left on a positive note. It never mattered how insignificant an issue was, Tyler always made it a priority and did everything in his power to rectify it. The overall quality of the workmanship, friendliness of the staff, and the level of dedication and commitment prevalent at Atlanta Classic is unmatched by any other dealership I've ever encountered. I recently brought my C300 up to for a car wash, having to drop it off while I ran some errands with a friend. Not only was my car ready and looking amazing, but Tyler was there to greet me, as always to h to drop it off while I ran some errands with a friend. Not only was my car ready and looking amazing, but Tyler was there to greet me, as always to help me with my shopping bags. I truly enjoy my experience every time I visit Tyler at Atlantic Classic Cars. He is such a ray of light and always has a smile on his face. I have never been one to look forward in taking my car into service or getting it washed. It’s always been a “chore” for me, but bringing it to ACC and seeing Tyler and what a great young man he is, well it makes my experience always a joy. Thank you Tyler, and ACC for making your “service department” a great place for a single woman to feel comfortable. More
I used to use another Mercedes when i had an E class, then i once came to Atlanta classic and Rick very good care of me, now i have had 2 S class cars since then and I really appreciate the Service. I brought my 2008 E350 in because it had an annoying vibration. Most people probably would not have noticed the vibration, but I am very particular about having a smooth ride. The service technicians name that worked on my car was Edlee (I did not get his last name). He found a tire out of balance and repaired it. He then test drove the car, and after his test drive he brought the car to me for me to drive with him in the car with me to be sure that it was fixed to my satisfaction. I told him that I still felt the vibration. He said that he wanted me to be 100% satisfied, so he proceeded to take all the tires off the car and road force balance each tire (which is a very time consuming and tedious thing to do). He then brought the car straight to me for me to test drive again with him riding along with me. The car drove like it was brand new!!! I was so excited. I would like to commend Edlee for his professionalism and his determination to get the problem fixed. You just dont find service like that anymore! More
Overall, the customer service, quality of work, friendliness, overall experience were all great. The loaner cars are mostly Mercedes, the waiting area was recently remodeled.
